Pool Party!

Thank you for all of your well wishes so far I've felt pretty good with this pregnancy I've just been tired.
I made this card with the Summer Fun stamp set from Sweet 'n sassy it didn't turn out quite the way I planed but I still thought it turned out well. I first used green acrylic paint and lightly brushed the edges then I used my cuddle bug to emboss the blue paper and I sponged black ink over it. The images were colored in with my copics the water splashes have stardust stickels on them and as for the sentiment I couldn't find a pool party stamp and I didn't want to use individual letters so I just hand wrote it. Thanks for visiting and have a great day.

ink-black graphite(brilliance), black (ctmh)
cs-black, orange(ctmh) blue (unknown)white(GP)
embellishments-ribbon(Michael's $) rhinestones(dollar store)

It's your bird-day

I should have posted this on Friday but I forgot .
The stamp set I used is called Owl Celebrations from Sweet 'n Sassy stamps. I also used Distressed Backgrounds and the sentiment from Owl Occasions. I decided I wanted to make a criss cross card the directions can be found at splitcoast stampers
I just turned mine a different direction. I colored in Olivia with my copics and cut it out I attached it with a pop dot. I sponged the colonial white card stock with chocolate ink, and for the teal ribbon it was white I just found a copic marker that matched my paper and colored it in. I made this for the sweet 'n sassy design team round up you can see the rest of the design teams artwork here.

Supplies Used:
Stamps:Owl Celebrations, Owl Occasions, Distressed Backgrounds
Ink:noir black (palette), chocolate (ctmh)
Designer Paper:Rustic Chic(TAC)
Card stock:colonial white, chocolate(ctmh)
Accessories:thick brown grosgrain (dollar store), chocolate grosgrain (ctmh), white grosgrain colored with copic marker, Tag punch( Stamping Up), copic markers.
