It's another one of Kimmie's challenges I have made cards for all of her challenges so you get to see them for the next few days. This one is challenge #1 to use purple and make it a birthday card. I don't really like this card much I think I should have put another white circle behind the purple scallop so it would stand out more but I had already glued it down and I didn't want to risk tearing the cupcake image. I used liquid applique but it was very old and came out tan instead of white luckily it still puffed up still, and didn't look to bad. I then used glossy accents on the cherry.Oh and one last thing I used shimmerz on my flowers it showed up pretty well in my photo I was surprised. Well thanks for visiting and have a great day.

Such pretty colors, cute card! Thanks for the heads-up on the applique, I have some old that was given to me. I'll be sure to use it on a scrap before putting it on a card! Live and learn, rigt?
