Belli challenge#51

I made this card for Chrissy's belli challenge #51 This weeks challenge is to use reinkers on your card well the only reinker I own is indian corn blue so the blue on Nellie's dress was colored in using my reinker and aqua brush the rest of the image I actually colored I with my chalks that I haven't used in a long time. After I colored in my image I wanted to use gingham paper but all of my paper didn't match the blue I used so then I remembered I had some ribbon and it matched really well. That's it for my card.

Rockstar!

I made this card after I saw Taylor's Friday cupcake sketch from last week.I went by my memory so I think I did ok even though it's not exact. I used rockstar! by Sugar Nellie I purchased at Funky Kits

I live to Play

I made this for Kimmie's High Hopes challenge #1 I just love this Sugar Nellie image every time I see him I think of my son playing Guitar hero which I too love playing any ways back to my card I used the new Cosmo cricket paper get happy love that paper btw and I purchased it through SNSS . The sentiment is a sticker from bo bunny Authentic boy I just had to use it cuz it matched so well and I loved the saying. I really need to use stickers more I have tons but just never use them.I also used glossy accents on the guitar I so it's smooth and glossy just like a real guitar.

In other news I just wanted to wish my Mom a Happy Birthday today love you mom.

I also received this RAK card from Laurel Seabrook so cute huh I love how she embossed the Bella image I've never done that but it makes it look oh so awesome.Thanks Laurel.

A little bit of Sugar

Here's a quick card I made with one of my new Sugar Nellie's . When I first received my stamps I stamped them out and played around with colors, well I totally screwed up my image of Summer Nellie so I just used my circle punch and used what was still good then found some paper that matched and wallah I was done... well not until I used my stickles and sukura stardust pen and a few dots of my Tulip fashion bead paint and then when it shimmered and sparkled I was done. Cake & Ice cream

So this was my first time using my copic markers I know it could be better but for my first time and very limited colors I think I did a pretty good job. I think I'll just practice and practice I may not get any better but hey at least I get to play. I used another Sugar Nellie stamp from funky kits called Nellie with cake I think they are all so cute I used stickles on the hearts and her hair bow and just a bit on the flourish on the bottom and the side along the curves. I used a lot of buttons so this card would be really heavy to go postal but, I'm hand delivering it to my neighbor who's birthday was yesterday. Well I think that may be all. I still have that head cold as well as the entire family so things are a little crazy here. Thanks for stopping have a super day it's Friday yay!

Sk8r Boy

I was feeling better yesterday so I was able to get some stamping done then I woke up this morning and now I have a head cold so I'm back to feeling not so good, oh well there's life for ya.



Here is a card I made for my brother cuz he hurt his foot while he was skateboarding last week and when my new Sugar Nellie stamps from Funky kits arrived this SK8R BOY stamp was just perfect for him I love this stamp I tried to make my card skater style don't now if I achieved that but I like the card anyways, hope you do too .
